1. Is all your products are online on dekorister.com portal?
No, our all products are not online on dekorister.com portal. 60% - 70% of our products are online on dekorister.com. Certainly, there are more to choose from. Also, we would love to design something unique for you, if you can give your specific requirements with details. Also, our products' design continuously renews according to consurmers' needs and requests.
2. What is the process of packaging?
Firstly, corrugated cardboards are added under, between and top to the products to absorb shocks and jerks during the shipment. Also, to protect corners of the products corner cartoons are placed packages' corners. Generally products are packaged as two packages.
3. When should the payment of orders be done?
With the confirmation of the order, a deposit of 30% of total payment is required. Only after this, the products will be prepared to be packed and sent from the Istanbul Ambarlı or Balıkesir Bandırma port. You need to pay 30% of the payment in order to confirm your orders. Production is started after payment is received. 70% of the remaining payment is needed to be send when products are loaded in the ship. If you want your orders with truck, 70% of the remaining payment is needed to be send when products are loaded to truck in the factory.
4. Are there any discount schemes available?
Discounts will be considered depending on the number of containers ordered and prepaid orders.
5. How is ordering in 1 container advantageous?
Ordering a container load will save you a bundle of money. Our warehouse serves as a central and strategic export house. Container available in size of 20-40 feet for the order. Usually, the container is delivered within 15 to 20 days after the order is confirmed.
6. Who is responsible if the customer is not able to take possession of delivered container?
We usually take orders on 'Free On Board' terms. In these cases, we fulfill the obligation to deliver the product at the mentioned port. It's our responsibility when the products are in transit to the named port of shipment. Once the shipment has reached the port, it is under customer's responsibility. Customer's inability to take possession of delivered container (at the destination), due to any reason shall make him/ her responsible for all the shipping and other charges incurred. This is applicable in case of FOB Incoterm. However, terms can be discussed at the beginning while placing an order.
7. Can I choose the contents of the container independently?
Yes, you can choose the products independently. Simply send us the details of the products.
8. Up to which location can the container be shipped?
There are no limitations to that. Simply send us your complete address, and we will quote the shipping price to you.
9. How do we know that your products are solid and useful for us?
As our quality policy, we believe in our quality and supply our consumers' requests on time economically, quality and reliably. Also, we can arrange a sample product according to your specific requirement.
10. What about the product quantity?
We always inform the customers about the MOQ (Minimum order quantity) for their reference.

In order to indicate the products price, we consider with you about material, quantity, design, delivery date and payment terms. An advance payment of 30% of the total amount is required before production to confirm the order.
